**For administrative reasons registration will be closed from October 16, 2011 and will reopen on November 1, 2011 at the venue.
Payment of registration fees will be exclusively accepted by credit card via the internet and bank transfers.

Upon receipt of the registration with the appropriate payment, the secretariat will send a confirmation by an acknowledgement email with your registration number. If you do not receive a confirmation 6 weeks after your registration please contact the Secretariat (registration@ifscc2011.com)
Please bring the confirmation letter to the Registration Desk on site in order to pick up your bag and badge.
Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the required fee.
On-site Registration
After October 15, 2011 only on-site registration will be possible. The forms for on-site registrations will be available at the venue,
starting November 1, 2011.
Cancellation and refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Refunds will be made after the Meeting.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows: • Up to 30 April, 2011 : 100% refund (minus USD 80 handling fee) • From 1 May to 30 September, 2011 : 50% refund • From 1 October, 2011 onwards : No refund
Important Notice
The Organizing Committee will accept no liability for any kind of money loss. Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant. For administrative reasons registration will be closed from October 16, 2011 and will reopen on November 1, 2011 at the venue. Each participant will receive confirmation of registration and a registration number, which should be quoted on all further communication with the organizers and must be shown at the pre-registered counter.
